Environment Equipments make Electrodynamic Vibration shaker system has a platform tightly connected with a Drive Coil (moving element) placed in magnetic field excited by pure AC signal produced by Digital Power Amplifier. When AC current flows in the drive coil, a force is generated which moves drive coil and attached platform vertically. This vibratory force directly applied on the test specimens mounted on Shaker platform. This force also can be used in the horizontal direction with the help of a slip table attachment. `Environment Equipments ' make Armature assembly utilize modern armature suspension systems which is Rolling strut type featuring low transverse motion. Reinforced SS inserts are provided on Armature platform to hold specimen/object to be tested.
Selection of a Suitable Vibration Shaker Force
The system rating is prepared as per direction of International Standards organization document ISO5344 (BS6140).Following information assist in selecting a suitable configuration system for intended applications.
The rating of the system is defined in terms of kgf force and is calculated by using the formula:
F = m*a
Where, F = Machine Force in Kgf unit
m = Total moving mass in Kg (Armature weight + ILS load + Fixture load + object)
a = Acceleration in ÃÂ¢Ã¢âÂ¬ÃÅgÃÂ¢Ã¢âÂ¬Ã¢âÂ¢
